This is a plain-language draft describing how SchedulifyAI is designed to work. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not final. Because many users are under 18, the final version must be reviewed for the laws that apply to children’s data before launch.
Using SchedulifyAI
SchedulifyAI helps you plan and track your studies. It doesn’t replace your teachers, your school’s guidance or official syllabus material.
The Focus Room desk check
The desk check is a study aid you control. It can tell whether someone is at the desk facing their work, not whether they’re studying, and it isn’t a way for anyone to monitor you: what the camera sees stays on your device.
AI-generated content
Explanations, practice questions and plans produced by the AI Coach can contain mistakes. Check them against your textbooks and teachers. AI-generated questions are never official exam papers.
Your content
You own the notes and files you upload. Only upload material you have the right to use, and don’t upload copyrighted textbooks or paid material you aren’t allowed to share.
Accounts
Keep your password private. If you’re under 18, use SchedulifyAI with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. See the Privacy page for how your data is handled.
