A study planner for all 29 Indian state boards

Choose your state, class and subjects, and SchedulifyAI builds your study plan from your board’s own syllabus where we have it. Every state has its own board in the app, from Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu to Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal and Odisha.

We’re honest about sources. Some boards use the NCERT books, so their chapters match NCERT exactly. Others have their own books, and we include those chapter lists where we could confirm them. Anything we couldn’t confirm is marked, and you can add or correct chapters yourself.

What you get

  • Your state’s own subjects

Subjects follow your board, with your state language next to English and books split the way your board splits them, such as Mathematics Part I and Part II.

  • Chapters where we can confirm them

Boards that use NCERT books get the NCERT chapters, and states with their own books have their chapter lists where we found the official books. Each list shows its source.

  • A plan that fits your week

Mark when you’re free around school and tuition; the planner builds learning, practice and revision sessions into those hours only.

  • Honest when time is short

If your syllabus won’t fit before the exam, you see what won’t fit and how to fix it, instead of an impossible timetable.

  • Focus, track and stay motivated

Study in the Focus Room, see your real hours in analytics and earn XP, levels and achievements as you finish chapters.

If your board uses NCERT books

Several boards, including those of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand, use NCERT books for many subjects. For these, SchedulifyAI uses the NCERT chapters and links them to the CBSE chapters, so progress also counts towards JEE or NEET if you’re preparing for them.

If your state isn’t listed yet, choose “State board”: you get the general subjects and can add your chapters by hand or paste a chapter list.

How it works

  1. Step 1

Choose State board, then your state, class and subjects.

  2. Step 2

Check the chapter list (each shows its source) and add anything missing.

  3. Step 3

Add exam dates and mark your free time.

  4. Step 4

Follow your weekly plan and re-plan whenever things change.

Questions

Is my state included?
All 29 states have their own board in the app. Chapter lists are included where we could confirm them; for others you can add chapters yourself or paste a list.
Can I switch from the general “State board” to my state later?
Yes. Your earlier subject is kept and labelled, so nothing you’ve recorded is lost.
Does it work in my language?
The app is in English today, and your state language is included as a subject. More interface languages are planned.
Is it free?
Yes, SchedulifyAI is free for state board students.
